Meal 1 (1100) - 4.75 slices turkey bacon (28g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat)
I am bumping my protein up to 16 blocks, fat up to 18 blocks, and carbs down to 12 blocks.
(1745) - 5 oz swordfish (23g protein), 3/4 cup soy milk (5g protein, 9g carbs), 1 apple (18g carbs), 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs), 24 peanuts (6g fat)
(2215) - 4oz chicken (28g protein), 1/4 cup chickpeas (9g carbs), 1 cup spinach (3g carbs), 1 slice low gylcemic toast (15g carbs), 4oz red wine (9g carbs), 2tsp tahini (6g fat)
Meal 2 (1400) - 4.25 oz smoked salmon (28g protein,) 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs,) 2 peaches (18g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)
Meal 3 (1610) - 4 oz lamb (28g protein,) 1 1/3 cup raspberries (18g carbs,) 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs,) peanut butter.
Meal 4 (2135) - 4 oz turkey (28g protein,) 1 peach (9g carbs,) 1 cup grapes (18g carbs,) peanut butter.
Again had extra fat today. But I'm sticking to the Zone, so it's okay. Got to give myself some leeway somewhere.
