Breakfast:
2 eggs

1 bagel
12 almonds

Lunch:
2 slices of bread
2 oz. of chicken breast
2 tsp mayo light
2 oz of cheese
6 almonds

Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds

Dinner:
4 oz beef
1 plum
1 peach
2/3 cup apple juice
12 almonds

Snack:
2 oz chicken
1 tortilla
6 almonds

Meal 1 (0920) - 3.5 slices turkey bacon (21g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 1.5 tsp peanut butter (4.5g fat.)
