Meal 1 (0920) - 3.5 slices turkey bacon (21g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 1.5 tsp peanut butter (4.5g fat.)
(1430) - 3oz chicken (21g protein), 8oz choc milk (27g carbs, 8g protein), 2 cups celery (9g carbs), 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat)
(1830) - 4oz beef (28g protein), spinach salad (9g carbs), 1 nectarine (18g carbs), 1 peach (9g carbs), 8 cashews (6g fat)
