Meal 1 (1050) - 5 slices turkey bacon (30g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)
Meal 2 (1430) - 3 oz turkey (21g protein,) 1 oz part skim mozzarella cheese (7g protein, 5g fat,) 1 slice European style whole grain bread (19g carbs,) 2.5 cups spinach (3g carbs,) 5 tsp tomato sauce (5g carbs,) 1/4 tbsp olive oil (1g fat.)
Meal 3 (1730) - 4.25 oz smoked salmon (28g protein,) 1 slice three grain bread (24g carbs,) 1/3 cup strawberries (3g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)
Meal 4 (2100) - 4 oz steak (28g protein,) 1 1/4 cup red peppers (9g carbs,) 2 3/4 cups spinach (3g carbs,) 6 tbsp tomato sauce (6g carbs,) 1 peach (9g carbs,) 1/2 tbsp olive oil (7g fat.)
Bah. There was some cheesecake in the fridge. Couldn't resist.
Still, doing better all in all.
