Meal 1 (1015) - 4 2/3 slices turkey bacon (28g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)
Meal 2 (1700) - 3.5 oz steak (25g protein,) 1 soft cheese thingy (2.5g protein,) 1 cup mixed grapes and blueberries (18g carbs,) 1 peach (9g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)
Cheated tonight, but it was planned.
