Snack (0540) - Peanut butter. I don't know how much, but way more than I needed. The dangers of eating on autopilot.
Meal 1 (1100) - 3.5 slices turkey bacon (21g fat,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs.) No fat.
Meal 2 (1515) - 4.25 oz smoked salmon (28g protein,) 1 plum (9g carbs,) 1 peach (9g carbs,) 1 cup grapes (18g carbs,) no fat.
Zone Meal #1 - 5 oz salmon (28g protein), 1 cup grapes (18g carbs), 1 apple (18g carbs), 12 olives (6g fat)
Meal 3 (1915) - 5 oz chicken (35g protein,) 9 tblsp rice (27g carbs,) 2/3 sweet potato (18g carbs,) 2.5 tsp peanut butter (7.5g fat)
Meal 4 (0030) - 3 oz smoked salmon (21g protein,) 1 slice whole wheat bread (18g carbs,) 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs,) more peanut butter than I needed, but I'm really hungry for some reason.
