(1930) - 6 oz salmon (28g protein), spinach salad (9g carbs), 1 pear (18g carbs), 1/2 cup asparagus (4.5g carbs), 1/2 cup strawberries (4.5g carbs), 1 tbsp avocado (1.5g fat), vinaigrette dressing, 1 tsp olive oil (4.5g fat)
Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 oz beef
1 bagel
1 1/3 tsp cream cheese
Lunch:
1 plum
1 apple
1 peach
4 oz chicken breast
12 almonds
Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds
Dinner:
4 oz beef
1 1/3 cup apple juice
12 almonds
Snack:
2 oz chicken
1 tortilla
6 almonds
Today was bad. I started out good, then ate crap at night. Weekends are always the worst for me.
Back on the wagon tomorrow.
