Meal 1 (1120) - 2.5 slices turkey bacon (15g protein,) 1 oz lamb (7g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 1.5 tsp peanut butter (4.5g fat.)
Meal 2 (1515) - 4.25 oz smoked salmon (28g protein,) 1 cup grapes (18g carbs,) 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs,) 2/3 cup raspberries (9g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 tsp butter
1/3 tsp vegetable oil
3 oz sausage
Lunch:
2 slices of bread
2 oz. of chicken breast
2 tsp mayo light
2 oz of cheese
6 almonds
Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds
Dinner:
4 oz beef
1 1/3 cups pasta
1 tsp butter
1/3 tsp vegetable oil
Snack:
2 oz beef
1 tortilla
6 almonds
Meal 3 (2040) - 5 oz turkey (35g protein,) 1 cup grapes (18g carbs,) 1 peach (9g carbs,) lots of peanut butter.
