Cheated again :( Don't even know what to say. I'm honestly ashamed.
(1530) - 4oz salmon (21g protein), 3/4cup green beans (4.5g carbs), 1.5cup broccoli (4.5g carbs), 1 plum (9g carbs), 3/4cup mixed berries (9g carbs), 1tsp olive oil (4.5g fat)
(1930) - 4oz turkey (28g protein), 1/2 cup chickpeas (9g carbs), mixed salad (9g carbs), 1 cup grapes (18g carbs), 12 olives (6g fat)
