Snack (0545) - Peanut butter.
Meal 1 (1130) - 4 2/3 slices turkey bacon (28g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)
Too tired to post all my meals, but I did 16 protein/12 carbs/18 fat and didn't cheat.
