Meal 1 (1240) - 5 slices turkey bacon (30g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)

Meal 2 (1600) - 4 oz turkey (28g protein,) 1 cup strawberries (9g carbs,) 2 peaches (18g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)

2 eggs
1 bagel
2 tsp butter

Lunch:
2 slices of bread
2 oz. of chicken breast
2 tsp mayo light
2 oz of cheese
6 almonds

Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds

Dinner:
1 cup pasta
4 oz beef
½ slice of bread
12 almonds

Snack:
2 oz chicken
1 1/3 cups apple juice
6 almonds
