Meal 1 (1050) - 5 slices turkey bacon (30g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (29g carbs,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)
Meal 2 (1430) - 3 oz turkey (21g protein,) 1 oz cheese (7g protein,) 1 plum (9g carbs,) 1 cup blueberries (18g carbs,) 2 tsp peanut butter (6g fat.)
Blergh. Cheated. The hell is wrong with me.
I suck.
(1830) - 4 oz lamb (28g protein), 1 orange (18g carbs), 3/4 cup grapes (13.5g carbs), salad (4.5g carbs), 4 tbsp avocado (6g fat)
(2200) - 4 egg whites (14g protein), 3/4 cup grapes (13.5g carbs), 1.5 cup broccoli (4.5g carbs), 6 olives (3g fat)
