Meal 1 (1115) - 5 slices turkey bacon (30g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g protein,) 3 tsp peanut butter (9g fat.)
4 oz turkey (28g protein,) 1 1/4 cup red pepper (9g carbs,) 1/2 cup blueberries (9g carbs,) 2 3/4 cup spinach (3g carbs,) 6 tbsp tomato sauce (6g carbs,) 1/2 tsp olive oil (7g fat.)
Breakfast:
2 oz sausage
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups apple juice
12 almonds
Lunch:
2 slices of bread
2 oz. of chicken breast
2 tsp mayo light
2 oz of cheese
6 almonds
Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds
Dinner:
4 oz beef
1 1/3 cups pasta
2 tsp peanut butter
Snack:
2 oz beef
1 1/3 cups apple juice
6 almonds
Bah. I am a cheater again.
