12 almonds

Lunch:
2 slices of bread
2 oz. of chicken breast
2 tsp mayo light
2 oz of cheese
6 almonds

Snack:
1 apple
2 oz chicken breast
6 almonds

Dinner:
4 oz beef
1 1/3 cups pasta
2 tsp peanut butter

Snack:
2 oz beef
1 1/3 cups apple juice
6 almonds
