Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 strips of turkey bacon, 2 apples, 2 tsp peanut butter

Lunch+Snack: 6 oz turkey, 1 apple, 18 cashews, i bagel

Did not eat much in the a.m. due to not feeling well.

3/4c egg beaters (18g protein)

1 serving apple sauce
1 serving carrots

2 cups of broccoli
1 apple
1/2 dinner roll
2 tsp peanut butter

Snack:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 6in flour tortillas
6 almonds
