Lunch+Snack: 6 oz turkey, 1 apple, 18 cashews, i bagel
Bodyweight: 192#
Meal 1 (1045) - 3.5 strips turkey bacon (21g protein,) 1 packet oatmeal (27g carbs,) 1.5 tsp peanut butter (4.5g fat.)
